How a change reaches this kit, and how it reaches you.

  1. A change is a proposal, with its why and its source. Nobody, human or agent, changes the kit on one conversation's judgment. Say what it changes, why the new way serves better, and what it rests on — a reading, a table's experience, a defect found. A defect is a gift: report it plainly, with the page and the line.
  2. Lineage, not ownership. Every unit carries a LINEAGE.md: what it grew from, newest first. A copy you make names this kit as what it grew from and puts your own version at the top. You never speak on behalf of the work you grew from, and no page says anyone released, endorsed, or co-authored something unless they said so in their own hand.
  3. Ideas travel; names stay in the room. What is said in a room may travel; who said it, and in which room, may not. A contribution carries the idea and its source text, never a person's words attributed to them without their own yes.
  4. Where to send it. Open an issue or a pull request at https://github.com/Lionsberg/lionsberg-intelligence (the folder player-plus/), or hand it to any Cell's Player+. A proposal soaks for a week; the person who keeps the copy you are contributing to accepts or refuses it. No one grades their own proposal.
  5. Never push upstream. A copy never pushes to the repo it was pulled from; it proposes.
  6. Say the error rate. Each release says it is wrong in places rather than hiding it. This is the worst it will ever be, and it improves each week.
