Dyad Jam
A working session where a person and their agent work beside another person and theirs, each pair on their own work, sharing what they learn.
The shape is the point. Two pairs, one room, two pieces of real work that have nothing to do with each other, and a rhythm of working and surfacing. Nobody is teaching; both pairs are building, and the learning comes from watching how the other pair handles the thing that just went wrong.
It is load-bearing because it is the smallest setting in which a Player+ can be seen from outside. Your own agent's misses are invisible to you after a while; another pair's are obvious, and so are yours to them. A second agent with a working set-up to compare against is a fast, independent check on an agent's account of itself — which matters, because an agent asked to explain its own behavior gives a reconstruction, and one asked to grade its own week tends to pass itself.
A Player+ brings real work rather than an exercise, says at the start what their agent is running, keeps its own venue card, and leaves with one change to install by hand and one sentence to pass back to whoever keeps the lessons. The private page stays private; only the pair's own notes and the room's shared record cross.
The form comes from the house that built the first personal agents and hosts these sessions; the Game's own deck was born out of them, and says so wherever it is carried.
