Look-back
A short, honest review of how the week went, written by anyone except the agent being looked at.
Once a week the whole house looks back: the person, and every agent that works for them. It takes the Game's own retrospective in its three sections, by their names — what did we do well, what can we do better, and actions, each with an owner and a due date — agreeing first on the week being looked at, and holding the hour blamelessly.
It is load-bearing because of who holds the pen. An agent asked to grade its own week tends to pass itself: its account of that week is exactly the thing being checked. So the writer is anyone with no stake — the person, a friend, or a second agent that had no part in the week. Self-evaluation is not the instrument; a separate evaluator is.
It works from the log of misses, the promises kept and unkept, the conversations the person hands over, and what they noticed. It leaves behind the few changes to install this week, what has gone stale, what should move out of memory into the charter or out of the charter altogether, and two short lists — what to offer upward, and questions for the keepers — which stay in the house until the person says yes.
A Player+ holds it before the Circle's weekly Turn, so that what they choose to share becomes part of their learned line. A short look-back kept every week beats a long one abandoned by March, and monthly still holds the rhythm when weekly is more than you can keep.
