The LIØNSBERG Circle Guide
The whole craft of Cell life: the anatomy of a gathering, the roles, what to do with tension, and how a body moves through its seasons.
The Guide is the long-form companion to the short rules. Where The Little Book of the Great Game says what must be the same at every table, the Circle Guide says how to keep a table alive through the year — how a gathering is shaped, who holds what, what happens when trust frays, how someone joins after the sealing, and how a body grows, divides, or ends.
Its first claim is the one the rest rests on: a Cell is the smallest complete unit of the new civilization. Not a club, not a class, not an organization — a living field of trust, formed by people who choose to show up with sincerity, responsibility, and care, to help one another grow and to co-create Heaven where they are. Civilizations do not change because of ideas alone; they change because small groups begin being, acting, and living differently, together.
It is load-bearing because most of what kills a Cell is craft, not conviction. Meetings that drift, roles nobody holds, a tension nobody names, a newcomer nobody orients, a founder who cannot let go. The Guide is where those are answered — the meeting anatomy, the tension protocol, the lifecycle — and it is what General Needs points to for meeting well and for mending. Read it when the thing you need is not a principle but a practice.
