Midwife a New Circle

Helping the one you invited begin to gather — present if asked, answering without steering.

Passing The Flame is not finished when someone says yes. The next thing that must happen is a first gathering, and the person holding a new flame usually has no idea how one goes. So the Carrier makes themselves available: present at that first evening if they are asked, answering the questions that come, showing rather than instructing (Pass The Flame, Seal the Circle).

The discipline is in what is withheld. Answer without steering. Do not choose their name, their agreements, or their Quest for them; a body that was handed its aim has not yet done the one thing that makes it a body (Sovereignty, Consent). The temptation to make the new Cell a branch — a chapter, an affiliate, an extension of your own good work — is the exact point at which propagation turns into scaling, and it is refused here (Federations vs Empires, Centralization Of Power).

What the relationship is instead: their Cell is sovereign and their own; you are their Carrier, and that never changes; your Cell is their first Home Cell until they have a nearer one; and you are now part of two bodies — the double helix by which the pattern replicates (Fibonacci Spread, Self-Sustenance and Self-Replication). Within a week of receiving the seed, the new player is already naming the two or three they will carry it to.
