Intention

The directed WHY — the aim that calls a work into being and holds it on course.

All true Intention flows ultimately from ØNE: Creator's Intent toward Heaven On Earth, for All, forever, expressing itself through every scale of creation. When a person, a Cell, or a community forms an intention in alignment with that flow, their work becomes part of the larger work — consciously, rather than by accident.

Intention is the first rung of The Creative Cascade, and the only rung that does not change as a work descends into form. Every WHAT and HOW beneath it is Current Best Understanding, disposable the moment a better way serves the aim. This is what makes the difference between a body that can adapt everything and remain itself, and a body that changes one procedure and loses the thread.

It is load-bearing because a work that has lost its Intention does not stop; it drifts, ossifies, or serves whatever captured it — and from the inside all three look like continuing. Naming the Intention explicitly, before the plan, is the cheapest available protection against all three, and it is the reason the first question before beginning anything is not what or how but what is the Intention, and does it serve the Goal?

The invariance has a limit worth stating. What does not change is the Intent itself, not our statement of it: at the Meta level the ØNE Intention is ineffable, our understanding of it falls short, and our wording falls short of even that. So an articulated intention is held firmly enough to steer by and openly enough to be corrected from above.
