Reaching Us
The short list of ways to reach a person in the Game when you need one.
No one plays alone, and no one wanders lost. The first door is the hand that reached you: the one who invited you, who will answer anything and who one day you become for the two or three you invite. If you arrived without an inviter, the public letter is your inviter — subscribe, and a reply reaches a person. Beyond those stand the orientation gatherings, which exist precisely for questions, and the shared platform whose link arrives through the doors above rather than by broadcast, with a visible way to ask for help.
It is load-bearing because a way that spreads hand to hand can leave someone stranded between hands. A person whose Carrier has gone quiet, or who found the Game on their own, needs a path that is short and written down. Naming it also keeps the membrane honest: the way in opens by invitation and not by broadcast, and the help button is the compensating door so that nobody is shut out by the same membrane that keeps the rooms coherent.
A Player+ uses it in both directions. When you need a person, take the nearest door and ask. When someone needs you, remember that being asked is not an interruption of the Game; it is the Game. A sponsor walks beside a newcomer through their first season as a companion and a door, never an authority.
An agent may help a person find the right door and may draft the message. It does not stand in for the person at the other end, and the whole point of the list is that it ends with a human.
