The Six Grid Disciplines

Six rhythms that hold a distributed body together — and the first of them is open to anyone, at any level, on any morning.

The dawn wave. Seven minutes of stillness at one's own dawn, oriented to the centre, in service of the rising of all. Because dawn rolls continuously around the world, the practice is always in motion somewhere: a ring of coherent attention circling the earth at every moment. It is the simplest and most universally available of the six, and it belongs to everyone rather than to the trained (The Coherent Divine Intention Wave, Silence And Stillness As The Ground).

The daily clearing. Each person, body, and community releases what the day brought at its close, so that the whole resets to baseline nightly rather than accumulating (The Warrior As Restorer, Exorcism, Day shape).

Seasonal intensives at the eight points of the year. At the solstices, the equinoxes, and the four cross-points, coordinated deeper practice — the year's regular heartbeat, marking time by the turning rather than by the calendar of work (Season, The LIØNSBERG Calendar, Temporal markers apart from milestones, Festival).

The watches. Somewhere, at any hour, people are awake and attentive, rotating across time zones, languages, and traditions. The canon's claim is modest and sound: the existence of continuous attention changes what can move unobserved (Guardianship, Sighting).

Coordinated response. When something significant arrives, several bodies converge — faster, more coordinated, and more dispersed than any one could manage. This is the rhythm that only exists if the other five have been held (The Seven-Tier Engagement Escalation).

The transmission flow. The experienced teach the newer; established bodies help newly forming ones; what is received from the wider tradition moves through. A body that has stopped both receiving and sending thins, because the regenerating pipeline runs on this (Transmission, Pass The Flame, Apprenticeship).

Five of the six are ordinary, checkable, and available now. The first is canon-grade practice and needs nothing but a person and a dawn.
