The instance law

LIØNSBERG as such cannot act or commit. It is a pattern and a seed. What is being started is one instance of it — and the pattern is what makes the instances one body.

The name does not refer to an organisation. There is no entity that can sign, promise, own, or be sued; there is a pattern, written down, and a seed that carries it. What exists on the ground is always an instance: this Cell, this community, this body of people who took the Seed and began (The Golden Seed, Instantiation, Prototype).

Anyone may take the Seed and start their own instance. Nobody grants permission, because there is nobody to grant it (Attraction, not promotion, Propagate; do not scale, Sovereignty).

It is load-bearing because it removes the thing every movement is eventually captured through. There is no headquarters to take over, no brand to license, no membership to control, no leadership to succeed to. What holds the instances together is not an authority but a shared pattern — and a pattern cannot be bought, only abandoned (Centralization Of Power, Institutional Idolatry, Structural Immunity, Federations vs Empires).

It also settles what the name can honestly be used for. LIØNSBERG says, LIØNSBERG will, LIØNSBERG has decided are all category errors, however convenient. A particular body of people said, will, and decided — and they can be named, asked, and held to it. Speech that hides behind the pattern is exactly how a pattern becomes an institution (An agent speaks in its own name, Accountability, LIØNSBERG Is A Prototype, Not The Eternal Essence).

And it carries its own limit. The pattern itself is not the eternal essence either; it is current best understanding of something that exceeds it. A prototype held as final is an idol (Do Not Concretize the Absolute, The Golden Calf, Everything Is Current Best Understanding).
