Do Not Concretize the Absolute

The discipline that keeps the centre from becoming an idol: every articulation of ØNE is a pointer, never the thing.

The instant any articulation is treated as the final, complete, or exhaustive truth about ØNE, the absolute has been concretised — and the system fails. In religious language, reducing Ultimate Reality to a human-made set of orthodox forms or propositions is the foundational act of idolatry. In secular language, it is how a framework becomes unfalsifiable and then becomes a weapon.

So the centre is left deliberately abstract. Not from vagueness or timidity, but so that it remains transcendent of every human ideology, and so that beings from many traditions can relate to it without being asked to abandon their own encounter. The articulations sharpen across generations; what they point toward does not change.

This is load-bearing as structural immunity at the highest level. Every other protection here — term limits, asset locks, the andon cord — guards against capture of a body. This one guards against capture of the centre, which is the only failure that cannot be repaired from inside, because a body that has made an idol of its own account of God will experience every correction as blasphemy. The Golden Calf is the same failure one level down: a visible idol replacing the invisible Source.

The practice is short. Hold the articulations lightly. Return to the direct encounter rather than to the sentence. Treat a better rendering as a gift and not a threat. And when someone's words for the centre differ from yours, test by fruits rather than by formula.
