The lattice
Twelve Pillars × twenty-four Action Domains × twenty-four Integration Domains. The unit of work is one cell of it.
A Pillar is never realised in the abstract. It is realised in a place, in a tradition, by people who hold a craft. The lattice is the three-way grid that says so.
The twelve Pillars are the spheres the new civilisation is built in at once — ontology, governance, economy, learning, health, ecology, culture, science, architecture, guardianship, society, and time — with the Source at the centre, the thirteenth, from which the rest take their coherence (Pillar I — Sacred Ontology and Metaphysics, ØNE, Work Breakdown Structure).
The twenty-four Action Domains are the trades: the twelve once called for-profit and the twelve once called non-profit, with the false division between them to be dissolved rather than inherited. The twenty-four Integration Domains are the world's regions and its spiritual and cultural traditions, within which the trades are integrated so that a whole can actually function in a place (Domain, Guild, Cross-Cultural Pattern Translation).
The unit of work is one cell of the lattice: a guild, in a place, in a tradition, applying one Pillar by the Pattern and the Game. That sentence is the reason the lattice exists at all. It converts an overwhelming civilisational programme into something a specific group of people can actually take up on a Tuesday (Quest, Cell, General Pattern, Specific Application).
It is load-bearing because it makes the work both divisible and addressable. Anyone can see which cells are occupied, which are empty, and which have never been touched; two groups working the same Pillar in different traditions can find each other; and nothing has to be coordinated from a centre for the grid to be legible (The plan of the whole, Stacking Up And Aligning, An address).
Its honesty is on its own face: how to run one such cell is what the Game teaches, and the canon does not yet say more. Nobody need wait for it to.
