Connect and Collaborate With Other Cells

The move from one Cell to a body of Cells: make yourself known, find the others, and work side by side without merging.

It begins with visibility. A Cell that nobody can find stays isolated, so it puts enough into the open for another Cell to recognize shared purpose and reach out: its name, its Quest, its rough place, a way to be contacted. Enough, not everything — what is shown and what is held is decided on purpose (Guard the Membrane, Commons).

Finding the others is relational rather than administrative. Browse the shared directory; ask your own people, who already know members of other Cells without realizing it; go to the seasonal gatherings; and follow the work — when something good is happening in your town, there is almost always a Cell behind it. Every Flame passed makes new connections by itself (Pass The Flame, The turnings).

Then a channel, which needs to be reliable rather than sophisticated: a shared meal first if it can be managed, a simple thread, and a monthly word between hosts. Treat it as a friendship between households — warm, honest, practical, sustained. When two Cells find their Quests pointing the same way, they align timing, share tools and knowledge, set offers against requests, and celebrate together (Requests and offers, Reciprocity, Stacking Up And Aligning).

Collaboration is not merger. Each Cell keeps its sovereignty, its own Field of Agreements, and its own inner life; two living cells work beside one another, each whole (Sovereignty At Every Scale). When three or more have become one another's home, what they have is no longer collaboration but a Supercell — and the Game grows this way, by trust and resonance, not by central coordination (Federation, The Movement).
