Plans and Specifications
The design documents of the new civilisation: what is to be built, described well enough to be built by people who will never meet.
On a worksite the plans say what goes where and the specifications say what it must be made of and meet. The canon takes the pair at civilisational scale: the plans and specifications of the world we are for — what a flourishing bioregion, economy, school, or body of governance actually consists of — written so that a thousand places can build the same thing in their own way without asking anyone's permission.
They are load-bearing because a shared aim that is never specified cannot be built twice. Vision says what success looks like; Work Breakdown Structure says what must exist for it; the plans and specifications say what it is, in enough detail that a group can tell whether what they built qualifies. That is also what makes Polycentric Implementation of Shared Solutions possible: many hands, one specification, no centre issuing instructions. The canon's own framing is that they aim to incarnate the Divine Blueprints and faithfully reflect the Creator's Intent — the design is received and discerned before it is drafted.
Most of them are not written. Under each Pillar the canon holds some instruments and leaves obvious holes — the currency's ledger, the healers' guidebook, the rites of the passages of a life. Whoever builds one writes down what they built, so the next community need not begin again; that is the specification arriving by use rather than by decree.
