The Circle Sheet
Who we are: name, place, people, who carried the Flame to us, who hears our season, and how a stranger reaches us.
One sheet per Cell, brought up to date at each turning. A Cell is known by three things — its name, its people, and its home — and the Circle Sheet holds all three, plus the line that matters more than it looks: who carried whom. It also carries the day and hour of the gathering, the two hosts for the season, and the door.
It is load-bearing because it is the body's only genealogy. With carried by written beside every member and every Cell, the whole Game can trace how the fire travelled from one table to ten thousand without any register in the middle. And the door line is what keeps a Cell reachable: a Cell with no door is a private friendship, which is fine, but it cannot receive the people its story will call.
How it is filled. The name is yours, so long as no other Cell in your home has it — your home will tell you. The Carrier never changes, even if you move. The Home Cell can change: a new Cell's home is its Carrier's Cell, and when three or more become one another's home they form a Supercell, which becomes the home of each. Members are listed with the date they joined and who carried them in; when someone leaves, the line is not erased — write left, in order and the date, because the record keeps everyone who was ever at the table. Hosts are the two who hold the table this season: they keep the box, mark the cards, and sign The Season Sheet; nobody hosts for more than two seasons running. Three to thirteen, and at thirteen, divide.
