The Total Nested Holarchy of Issues

The whole body's map of felt deviations — every issue, at every scale, read as one nested body rather than as a pile of complaints.

An Issue is a felt deviation: the lived distance between how something is and how it should be (The Living Gradient · The gap). One person feels one. A Cell holds a few. A community holds hundreds. Left as separate lists, they stay separate problems, and the same root cause gets solved badly in forty places at once (Root Causes).

Held as a nested holarchy, they become something else: a map. Each issue sits inside a larger one and contains smaller ones, the way a body's discomfort at one scale is a symptom at another (Holarchy · Holon · Levels Of Scale). Read that way, the register answers questions a list cannot. Where is this body actually suffering? Which single constraint, relieved, would relieve forty issues above it (Theory Of Constraints · Constraint)? And which issue is recurring everywhere, which is the signature of a pattern rather than an incident (Pattern Recognition)?

It is the pull side of how the body builds. Needs and ripened opportunities are what call new capabilities into being, and this register is where the felt needs of every member are gathered so the whole can read its own gradients and respond (Just In Time Co-Creation · General Needs). Without it, sensing happens and goes nowhere; with it, one person's small persistent trouble can be seen as the eightieth report of the same thing.
