Attunement

The process of bringing self or system into resonance — how movement along the gradient actually happens.

Attunement is the practice term in the native vocabulary. Vibration is what a living process is doing; Frequency is the note it sounds; Resonance is how notes answer one another; Coherence is how well the many sing as one. Attunement is the deliberate act of coming into tune — with Source, with another, with a body's own purpose.

It is load-bearing because Alignment without a practice is only a claim. The canon's daily form is explicit and small: pause, ground, breathe, remember, realign, recommit — The Daily Way, run between the weeks. Silence And Stillness As The Ground is where it starts; Breath is the first instrument; the Turn opens in silence before anyone speaks, and a Cell that has not woven coherence will not choose well — which is why Weave Spirit, Hearts, and Minds sits second among The Seven Moves, before a Quest is chosen.

At the scale of a body the same move has a name: Circle Coherence. And at the scale of the whole, Resonance is how truth is recognised before it can be proven — which is why the canon's own method leans on a human reading resonance rather than on a metric alone.

The honest limit: attunement is a felt reading, and felt readings can be wrong. The canon pairs it everywhere with testing — against the Logos, against the Record, against what actually happened last season. A reading is input, never verdict.
