Resonance
The way vibrations answer one another — the amplification that arises when one living process meets another sounding a kindred note.
Two strings tuned alike need not touch: sound one, and the other sings. So across the whole Living System. Beings, truths, places, and works call to what is attuned to them, and what resonates is strengthened without force. This is how Coherence spreads through a body of people — not by command, but by sympathetic awakening — and it is why The Great Game propagates hand to hand rather than by broadcast.
Resonance is also how Truth is recognized before it can be proven. When a rendering rings true, when the body and the heart sound in answer to it, that ringing is data — a reading prior to and deeper than argument. This is load-bearing for a system that holds everything as Current Best Understanding: resonance is what lets a person say yes, this to a Story or a Pattern before they could defend it in words, and it is what a Cell is doing when it reads a proposal together and something in the room settles or refuses to.
The discipline is that the ringing invites and does not confirm. What does not resonate is not thereby false; what resonates is not thereby true; Distortion can mimic the ring, and a captured heart rings for what captured it. So resonance is read in community, intersubjectively, where many honest instruments correct one another's tuning, and then tested by what actually happens. Neither half replaces the other.
In the health Pillar, resonance names the harmonic alignment of a living being within itself and with what surrounds it — the state in which the parts are not fighting one another. Integration is its inner work, Attunement its deliberate practice, Healing its restoration when the tuning has been lost. A person out of resonance with their own life is the first reading available that something must change, long before any instrument confirms it.
